I have recieved a damaged item.
An item may be damaged during the manufacturing process or shipping. If this problem occurs please send an image to so we can look into it. If the packaging is damaged we may offer you a partial refund depending on the severity. If you do not accept this we will contact the courier to make a claim and may offer a full refund depending on the outcome.
My item is not correct or I have a missing item in my order.
We are sorry if we made a mistake with your order. If this happens please send an image to of the items you received and the packing slip. Orders are packaged carefully so we can refuse to resend an item if we feel it was packaged correctly and it is a fraudulent claim but please do not hesitate to contact us if there is an issue with your order.
I have not received my order.
We are sorry if you have not received your order. If your order has been shipped but has failed to be delivered it could have been lost in transit. If you have not received your parcel you must contact us on so we can look into it. If the parcel has been lost we will make a claim to our courier service. We are unable to refund you or re send your order until the claim has been concluded.
I have made a mistake on my order.
Unfortunately we can not change mistakes made on your order or cancel an order. We also can not add anything to your order or change the shipping address.
Due to hygiene purposes unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on our cosmetic items if you decide you do not want them. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you however you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we can not be held responsible for any items that we do not receive. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
The items must be returned to us in their original packaging and cannot be opened.
